This Privacy Policy outlines how Quickart General Trading LLC ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use the Quickart Driver mobile application (“App”). This App is intended exclusively for drivers employed by Quickart to manage and fulfill delivery orders. By using the App, you agree to the handling of your data as described below.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following types of data through the App:

Real-Time Location Data: Your GPS location is collected while you are actively logged into the App and marked available for deliveries. This allows us to assign deliveries, optimize routes, and monitor delivery progress.
In-App Interaction Data:
- Order acceptance and delivery status
- Messages exchanged with the Quickart operations team
- Notifications received and responded to
Device & Usage Data:
- Mobile device type, operating system, and device ID
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics (via Firebase Crashlytics)
- Usage patterns and app interaction data (via Google Analytics)

Note: While driver documents (license, Emirates ID, vehicle registration, bank account details) are required for onboarding, these are collected and managed offline and not stored within the app or associated database.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

To assign, manage, and track delivery orders
To provide real-time route suggestions and optimize delivery performance
To communicate operational updates, instructions, and customer order details
To ensure safety, compliance, and service reliability
To assess performance via driver ratings
To monitor system stability and improve the App’s functionality
To comply with applicable laws and employment regulations

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal data (e.g. name, phone number, profile image, or live location) with customers.

We may share limited data with third-party service providers for:

Analytics and crash reporting (Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics)
Payment processing systems to calculate earnings and settlements

All third parties involved are contractually obligated to handle your information securely and only for the intended purpose.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your location and in-app activity data is securely stored on our servers, which may be located inside or outside the UAE. We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption, access control, and periodic audits.

Only authorized personnel can access this data on a need-to-know basis.

5. Your Rights

As an employed driver, you have the right to:

Request access to the personal data held about you
Request corrections or updates to inaccurate data
