You can easily place a one-time order by adding your desired products.Click on the “ADD” button on the selected products. Once the products are added click on the Cart icon which will take you to the Daily Cart. Here, you can select your preferred delivery slot & choose your payment method

To place a subscription order, add your desired products by clicking on “SUBSCRIBE/SUBSCRIBE SAVE” for the required products. Once the products are added click on the Cart icon then on Subscription Cart. Choose the subscription duration, time slot confirm. Choose your payment method during checkout.

You can add products to both carts by clicking on “ADD” for the Daily Cart “SUBSCRIBE/SUBSCRIBE SAVE” for the Subscription Cart.Once the products are added click on the Cart icon proceed to checkout separately for each cart to successfully place your orders.

To cancel an order, navigate to your Profile section. Under the My Orders section, choose either Daily Orders or Subscription Orders. Click on the order you wish to cancel & select “Cancel Order”.

To pause or reschedule an order, go to your Profile section and navigate to My Orders, then select Subscription Orders. Click on “Select Vacation” and choose the dates to pause the order. To reschedule, access the Paused Orders & select a new delivery slot.

If you logged in as a guest on the same device used to place the order, the details should be visible. However, if you are using a different device, you may not be able to access the order information. The guest login orders are displayed based on the device and not the number. Please contact the customer center for further assistance.

We partner with certified local farms in the UAE. Our milk primarily comes from Al Ain & Al Rowaiyah farms.

The shelf life of fresh farm milk is 3-4 days after boiling & refrigeration.

Upon delivery, promptly boil the milk & allow it to cool. Then, store it in the refrigerator to maintain optimal freshness.

Once the packed paneer is delivered, use the paneer cubes as needed.For any remaining cubes, place them in a container filled with water & refrigerate for better preservation.
