Simply choose the product you want. For a one-time order, tap Add to Cart, select your delivery date and time, and complete the payment. For a subscription, tap Subscribe & Save, choose your delivery days, frequency, time slot, and start date, then proceed to payment. That’s it - you’re all set!

You’re always in control. Go to Profile > My Orders > Subscription Orders. Tap the dates you want to pause - they’ll turn orange. To reschedule, open Paused Orders and select new delivery dates.

Head to Profile > My Orders, choose Daily Orders or Subscription Orders, select the order, and tap Cancel Order. If you need help, just call or message our customer support - we’re happy to assist.

For early morning delivery, please place your order by 5 PM the previous day. For same-day delivery, orders placed before 11 AM will be delivered in the afternoon slot.

Yes, you can! Simply add their address while placing the order. That said, we recommend referring them to the app - they’ll get special discounts, and you’ll earn a referral bonus too.

Absolutely. Go to Profile > My Address to add or edit addresses. When placing an order, just select the address you want the delivery to go to.

No worries. You can call or message us to reschedule your delivery. If you prefer, we can also safely leave the products outside for you

There are no delivery charges and no minimum order value.

For one-time orders, you can pay by Card or Cash on Delivery. For subscriptions, you can pay by Card or choose Pay Per Delivery, where the amount is deducted 8 to12 hours before delivery.

You’ll find your wallet balance in the top-right corner of the app under Wallet. If an order is cancelled, the amount is refunded back to your wallet.

Refunds are usually credited to your in-app wallet within 2–3 business days. If needed, refunds to your bank account can also be arranged on special request.

Fresh milk may occasionally appear curdled due to weather changes — this is actually a sign of its purity. You can safely use it to make paneer at home. Once delivered, boil the milk immediately using a clean, dry vessel and store it in the refrigerator. It’s best used within 2–3 days. Other dairy items like curd and butter can be stored directly in the fridge.
